Here are some of our suggestions to help build your ritual – try incorporating the ones that resonate with you.
1. Have a calming night-time routine
We think the evening is the perf time for a little TLC. It’s a great way to unwind and destress from the day that was. Some ways you can create a calming night-time routine might be using a relaxing bath milk before bed, lighting a calming soy candle (or calm & destress essentials oils) and using a magnesium sleep lotion for the ultimate relaxation.
2. Sip & chew on goodness for your soul
